SAP Business ByDesign provides customers with automatically provisioned Intelligent Robotic Automation, managed by SAP in a specially prepared sub-account of the SAP Business Technology Platform. As a result, IRPA features that require the customer to access the underlying BTP account are not currently available to SAP Business ByDesign customers

- Business Technology Platform Destinations
At present, the Destination (link to the new help) feature is not supported. The Configuration page for destinations remains empty and SAP Business ByDesign customers cannot add destinations themselves. API notifiers can be used only without destinations.
- SAP Cloud ALM Integration
SAP Cloud ALM Integration which allows SAP Cloud Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) platform to monitoring environment backlog and status of automation processes is not supported for the ByDesign implementation of Intelligent RPA as it needs access to BTP Cockpit for setup.
