3127957 - Add candidates to a talent pool job is failing - Recruiting Management

The job to add candidate to talent pool is consistently failing.

Scheduled job PoolMemberAddUpdateJob failed based on Execution Manager.

1. User created a Saved Search and Talent pool but the permission was removed after sometime.

2. User that created the job or talent pool is already inactive or invalid.

For cause 1, you can re-install the missing permission of the user to talent pool. See KBA 2643661

For cause 2, you can re-assign the talent pool to an active user or temporary/permanently delete the talent tool. To re-assign the talent pool or archive it or permanently delete, go to Manage Data > Pool.  Select the talent pool to modify.
