3128338 - Error "Data File Does Not Follow CSV Specification. Contact System Admin.Null" When Importing Attachments

Symptom

You face the error "Data file does not follow CSV specification. Contact system admin.null" when trying to upload an attachment during the import of Data Workbench.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Data Workbench Workcenter.
  2. Enter Import View.
  3. Select Attachments.
  4. Select any object, for example E-mail Attachments.
  5. Click on Next.
  6. Browse to the zip file.
  7. Click on Upload.
  8. Result: Error "Data file does not follow CSV specification. Contact system admin.null" is displayed.

Cause

There is an attachment in the zip file that has size=0kb.

Resolution

Remove this attachment from the zip file and from the manifest.
