SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3128415 - Report does not show all records and says it has reached the maximum number of records allowed

Symptom

  • I receive report output, but it does not have all the records I expect based on the filters
  • If I scroll to the end of the report I see the message: This report has reached the maximum number of records allowed. Only 100,000 records have been returned
  • I run the report in Production
