3128479 - New validations on F931 related to vacations, monthly limits and proportional working days

The customers are facing problems to upload the ".txt" file generated by "F931 - Libro de Sueldos Digital (RPC_PAYAR_F931)" report. The files may get rejected by AFIP application in complex scenarios like:

• Compensation between Social Security bases (/102 - Importe bruto p/Seg.Soc. and /104 - Importe bruto vacaciones).
• Vacation limit control (Constants: "TOPVA - NO PROPORCIONAR TOPE VACACIONES" and "SESAD - Compensación topes Seg.Soc.").
• Proportional working days in the fiscal period (Constant: "SESCT - Tope prop. Ingreso - Egreso").

Obs: Additional scenarios not related to vacations may also appear.

Los clientes están enfrentando dificultades para cargar el archivo ".txt" generado por el reporte "F931 - Libro de Sueldos Digital (RPC_PAYAR_F931)" . Los archivos pueden ser rechazados por la aplicación de AFIP en escenarios complejos como:

•      Compensación entre bases de Seguridad Social(/102 - Importe bruto p/Seg.Soc. and /104 - Importe bruto vacaciones).
