3128550 - Error "Facet search has failed" when accessing Product List in Backoffice

Symptom

When trying to access the product list from the Backoffice, an error occurs and the product lists do not load and the error below can be seen in OpenSearch.

Along with this, you can also notice a pop up in Backoffice stating "Could not execute search".
