The query here is 2CCFIPROFCTRQ2701 and the variable is FISCALPERIOD NUMC 3. This variable is used for selections in the query view and in analytics is mapped to Time characteristics 0FISCPER3. 

In the system, there is fiscal variant DL, which contains 366 periods. Hence you can see the value from 1-366 plus 'initial', which is 367 in total. These are eventually displayed in the value help for 'Fiscal Period'.

From an analytics point of view this is expected behavior.
