How to upload video for the onboardee in Welcome Email

Environment

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS ONBOARDING

Reproducing the Issue

After initiated onboarding, The external user should receive an Welcome email message.

Whether can we attach video link to the external onboardee?

Resolution

  1. Yes. you can attach video link as mentioned below image.
  2. Go to Email Service -> Search (ONB) External User Welcome Message Template -> choose the template and go to step 3
  3. Now you can add URL by choosing insert link and save.
