Symptom

  • The user query that contains more than four words in global people search is regarded as invalid input
  • No search results will be returned if more than 4 words is used in people search

Cause

The maximum keywords limit (four words) is applied to the Global Header People Search

Resolution

Use a maximum of four (4) words to search user in the global people search
