3129264 - WDA: Repeated key values are not shown/repeated in the grid layout or within the exported Excel sheet

Symptom 1: Using a WDA report (grid layout) the Web Dynpro, Webdynpro, Web Dynpro ABAP, WDA, WDA_GDPR are not shown (they are merged).

Example:

Symptom 2: After downloading (export) the above table content into an Excel sheet it doesn't display repeated values either (they are merged).
