3129345 - Inactive user's mobile device is still visible in Manage Mobile User [SF MOB]

Terminated or inactive users' mobile devices are still displayed on Admin Center > Mobile > Manage Mobile Users.

SAP SuccessFactors Mobile

1. Login to SuccessFactors.
2. Go to Admin Center.
3. Select Mobile.
4. Click Manage Mobile Users.
5. In Search for People, search for the inactive mobile user.
6. Select the user > activated devices are still displayed.

• An enhancement will be implemented to remove the user in the database when it gets terminated or inactivated.
• As a workaround, admin can remove / deactivate manually the devices.
