3129391 - Validation Message is not translated to desired language in Manage Pending Hires - Employee Central

• Validation message appears in English instead of the desired language in Manage Pending Hires.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Login to the instance.
2. Go to Manage Pending Hires
3. Select a candidate
4. Add the event reason
5. Continue to Compensation info
6. Add a compensation without filling the values
7. The error appears.

There is no translation configured in Message Definition.

Add a translation in the Message Definition in Manage Data.

1. Go to Manage Data >> Message Definition
2. Select the affected Message Definition.
3. In the 'Take Action' button, select 'Make Correction'
4. Click on the Globe icon beside the 'Text' field
5. Add the message translation in the desired language.
