3129498 - Cannot Create Project because of the existing Mass Transfer ID – Migrate Your Data App - Staging Tables Approach

Symptom

When using the Fiori app 'Migrate Your Data' to create a new migration project, the following error is pop-up.

 "A project already exists that uses this mass transfer ID. Please specify an alternative mass transfer ID. For more information, see SAP Knowledge Base Article 3129498.".
