3129690 - How to initially load Stock type pre-delivered or Custodian Stock

Symptom

You would like to know how to load stock type pre-delivered/custodian for a Product KLM.*KLM refers to Product id.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Resolution

  1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center
  2. Navigate to Overview View
  3. Select from drop down as Activities
  4. Search for *Inventory*
  5. Select Inventory and Open
  6. Select Manually enter inventory
  7. Select Stock type as "Stock at Customer"
  8. Maintain Site id , Product ID KLM, Custodian ID , quantity
  9. Select Save

Note:Kindly make sure you do not have any pre-delivered stock available before performing these steps.
