3129784 - Manage My Team Quick Action Not displaying on the Home Page

• Manage My Team is selected from Manage Home Page > Quick Actions but is still not displaying for Managers who have direct reports on the Quick Actions Section of the Home Page.
• Blank "My Team" tile being displayed for Managers

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

This is caused by lack of permissions.

Manage My Team requires the Manager to have the following permissions:

1. General User Permissions -> Company Info Access -> User Search
2. User Permissions-> Employee Data -> Employee Profile ->Manager
3. User Permissions-> Employee Data -> Employee Profile ->Matrix Manager

Additional Notes:

• The manager must be included in the User Search Target Population, as well as ensure that their reportees are included in the Target Population for the above RBPs.
• When cards are not displayed in proxy mode refer to KBA 3113104 - Latest Home Page - Proxy Permission Mapping 
• My team" quick action is visible to:
  • Managers with direct reports
  • Managers with direct and matrix reports
  • Users with only matrix reports
