3129932 - Download SCM Optimizer log error: "All files for the file archive could not be found"

• You are using transaction rccf_log or rcc_log to display the optimizer logs.
• You have enabled the user parameter /SCMTMS/EXP = X, and in /SCMTMS/OPT10, set dump level to 1 and set trace level to INFO, as described in KBA 2394810 
• You attempt to download the compressed archive log file, or related data files, or you attempt to display the log file.
• However, there is error message:

"All files for the file archive could not be found"
