• Canada Compliance Provincial Tax Forms not triggereing.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

There are two possible reasons:

1. The GLOBAL FILTER COMPLIANCE FORM configuration is configured as below:

2. The location used in Job information of the candidate does not have province added.

Resolution 1: As suggested by the Engineering Team, the GLOBAL FILTER COMPLIANCE FORM for workstate should be configured as below:

1. Navigate to Manage Data >> FieldMetaOverrideConfiguration current configuration
2. Change the value for the WorkState

Resolution 2:

1. Navigate to Admin Center
2. Go to Manage Organization, Pay, and Job Structures
3. In the first dropdown, search for Location
4. In the second dropdown, search for the candidate's location
5. Verify if there is no Province configured, and add one
6. Test with a new candidate.
