3130478 - Fields using picklist mapped to Candidate Application received empty value from Recruiting - Onboarding

Symptom

Onboarding fields using picklist mapped to Candidate Application shows empty in New Hire Data Review page while there is value maintained in the RCM field.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Map an EC field to a field from Candidate Application template using Picklist in Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping
  2. Maintain values needed in RCM
  3. Initiate Onboarding from RCM
  4. Check New Hire Data Review page and the field is empty

(For Partner and Support only)
Check Suite Integration Test Page. The picklist value from RCM is shown as {EntityRecordFieldValue: {rawValue: 1234 localizedValue: 1234, rawObject: null, dataType: picklist}}

  • localizedValue shows optionId rather than the picklist label
  • rawObject is null

Cause

A different picklist is used for the same field id in Candidate Profile and Job Application templates.

Resolution

Please update the picklist to make it the same in Candidate Profile and Job Application templates.
