Symptom

  • The following error occurs in the installation log:

    ERROR: Failed to create the DSConfig.key file.

  • Executing command "./al_cmdwrap.sh svrcfg -TK" in terminal gives the below error:

    svrcfg: error while loading shared libraries: libnsl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
