3130565 - IE popup with error:"Content with this application coming from the website listed below is being blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration” on NWBC For Desktop

Symptom

When using SAP Business Client or SAPGUI For Windows with the Internet Explorer web browser control a popup window appears showing: “Content with this application coming from the website listed below is being blocked by the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration”.
about:security_NwbcBrowserHost.exe
about:security_Nwbc.exe
about:security_sapguiserver.exe
about:security_saplogon.exe

Depending on the settings of SAP Business Client or SAPGUI For Windows, this popup can appear during logon to a system connection or e.g. later when opening SAP GUI transactions.
The issue does not occur with Edge or Chromium web browser control.
