Is it possible to completely remove the search criteria 'Resume or cover letter contains the following' in the Candidate Search page?

Is it possible to customize the search criteria and add new ones?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Recruiting 
2. Go to Candidates tab
3. You'll the search criteria "Resume or cover letter contains the following:"

The search criteria in the Candidate Search page are hard coded, hence it is not possible to remove "Resume or cover letter contains the following:" completely, it is only possible to hide it by clicking on the "x" icon at the right side of the screen.

For the same reason, it is not possible to change the display order of the search criteria. 

However, when configuring a custom field in the Candidate Profile Template this field will show up in the Candidate Search page in the Basic Info drop down menu. Please note that not all field types are supported, i.e. field type=text is supported to appear as a search criteria, but field type=multiattachmentselection is not supported. 

If you would like to change or improve this system behaviour I suggest you submit an enhancement request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
