3130894 - How to proceed with RC8 at Import in a Defect Correction in User Status In Delivery

Symptom

When importing a transport request, which is assigned to a Focused Build Defect Correction, to the QAS System, you receive an Import Error (RC8). The related Defect Correction is in User Status 'In Delivery' and there is not a PPF action to set the status of the Defect Correction to status Being Corrected.
