3130956 - Refer a Friend to Job button missing for ICS - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

When accessing a job posting using Internal Career Site powered by CSB, Refer a Friend button is missing.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In the instance, go to Careers tab
  2. Authenticate the user
  3. Go to Search Jobs
  4. Access any job
  5. You will see there is no Refer a Friend button in the job page

Cause

A possible cause is that IAS is sending the incorrect user to RMK and BizX.

Resolution

Please check if the user is logged in to Internal Career Site powered by CSB (ICS). If not, please refer to this article: 2844889
