3131063 - "Your connection isn't private" error when access XSA application using Edge/Chrome

When access application(such as XSA Cockpit) running in XSA via Microsoft Edge/Google Chrome, there is security error as following image, and there is no way to bypass. However within IE11, can bypass the error and continue access application.
