3131318 - Item title displayed in the user's learning plan

It is noticed that, sometimes, the item title is not displayed in the user's learning plan under the user's locale or only the item ID is showed.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The item title is displayed in the user’s learning plan is, first, based on the user’s locale. Then, if that is not available, the system default locale is being checked and if that has the item title, that is displayed. If even the system default locale does not have the item title, then the item ID is showed.

Alternatively, to have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release
