Symptom

  • The identity Provisioning read job from the LDAP Server fails with the error:

    Failed to create LdapContext 

    Caused by: javax.naming.NamingException: LDAP connection has been closed

    --------

  • In the system in identity Provisioning, Location ID is not configured or configured wrongly.
