3131386 - Failure - Unable to load groups on logon but navigation to and from App Finder loads the FLP

Symptom

  • Immediate Failure- unable to load groups on FLP load, but App finder works, and then the tiles load
  • The pagesets load is a 200 in the network trace
  • Repeated calls to /sap/hba/r/sb/core/odata/modeler/SMART_BUSINESS.xsodata;o=HANA/Catalogs('HANA_CATALOG_MODELER')/Chips? gives a 404
  • Hiding all tiles in the KPI Modeler group clears the Failure to load groups error
