3131431 - DTP or InfoPackage execution fails on DataSource with currency field in external format

Symptom

DTP execution fails with the following message:

Filling data transfer intermediate storage (DTIS)
Error in line 500 after applstru_postprocessing X
Error in substep
Error in line 527 after X

OR

InfoPackage execution fails with similar error messages as seen above.

OR

Clicking on the Read Preview Data button on the Preview tab a similar error message pops up:

Error 'Too many decimal places (maximum 0)' at conversion exit RS_CT_CURR_CONVERT_EXT_INT (field AMOUNT record 2, value       1.234.567,89 HUF)
