3131457 - Credit master data cached in VA01 same session even though BP was changed

You are creating multiple sales orders in a row and don't open new VA01 sessions or don't restart the VA01 transaction. In the meantime you are changing risk class in UKM_BP transaction -> Credit Profile for the relevant Business Partner. After the change you create an order, but you notice that the old risk class is updated to the order (VBAK-CTLPC field).
