3131457 - Credit master data cached in old VA01 session even though BP was changed

Symptom

Multiple sales orders are created in a row without opening new VA01 sessions or restarting the VA01 transaction. In the meantime, risk class is changed in UKM_BP transaction -> Credit Profile for the relevant Business Partner. After the change, an order is created in that same previous VA01 session but the old risk class is updated on the order (VBAK-CTLPC field).
