3131534 - Connection test fails with error SSSLRC_CONN_CLOSED when using SAP Forms Service by Adobe on BTP

Symptom

The ABAP system is configured to use SAP Forms Service by Adobe on BTP Neo. When performing connection test in transaction SM59, the following error occurs:

SSL handshake with
adsformsprocessing-<yoursubaccount:technicalname>.<yourregionhost:[xxx].hana.ondemand.com:443> failed:
SSSLRC_CONN_CLOSED (-10)#Remote Peer has closed the network
connection##SapSSLSessionStartNB()==SSSLRC_CONN_CLOSED##
