3131669 - Work items cannot be found by SWI14 or SWI6

Symptom

  • Although workflow is started, SWI14 and SWI6 transactions cannot find the created work item and give result "There are no workflows that have already worked with this object type (Message no. SWL014)". 
  • The issue is workflow specific and usually happens to customer created workflows.
