3131961 - BPC: Error in admin module or a component used by Admin module

Symptom

  • Adding a new dimension member to a BPC dimension fails with an error: "Error in admin module or a component used by Admin module"
  • This error is usually resolved by executing program UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE, which also fails (error: "An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB was raised, but not handled locally or declared as a raising clause. Database object does not exist on the database")
