3132042 - Position field is not validated when being passed from Onboarding or Recruiting when the position field is mapped.

• Position field is set to be hired = No
• But this position is being passed from Onboarding and/or recruiting to EC using integration mapping.
• When hiring candidate in Manage Pending Hires, we can see the position being populated and accepted and the hire even can be finishes and saved with the position (Although the position is set to NOT be hired).

1. Create a candidate in recruiting or onboarding and make sure a position value is set.
2. Make sure this candidate is set ready to be hired so that it will appear in Manage Pending Hires (MPH).
3. In position management, make sure the position field "to be hired" is set to NO.
4.  Go into MPH tool and hire the candidate
5. Note how you are able to successfully hire this candidate with this position.

• This is currently a known Gap
• The "to be hired" flag is only controlled in UI when you click the drop down option for position field, but not when prefilling the position data.

• Engineering is aware of this gap and are looking to see if this can be addressed in future release, but at this time is is a limitation.
