Reproducing the Issue
Goto Home Page to check the Pending Approvals over To-Do tile
Goto Recruiting Dashboard to check the Pending Approval Job Reqs.
Cause
Currently it is not possible to configure filters options to filter / sort pending approval job requisitions based on the approval step and approval date.
Resolution
You can Submit an enhancement request to include such a functionality in the future releases.
