How to enable or disable "Interview Notes" under Interview Central.

Reproducing the Issue
Goto Interview Central >> The Interview can upload attachments by clicking on "Interview Notes" button.
Cause
"Interview Notes" can be disabled or enabled based on the configuration set up under Manage Recruiting Settings.
Resolution
This button can enabled or disabled by the switch available under Manage Recruiting Settings >> Interview Central as shown below:
