Symptom
When creating a Table or Tile Report for Recruiting V2 you notice the following:
When using the Recruiter First Name and Recruiter Last Name as a filter and using 'By My Selection' every name in the UDF appears as a selectable option, even though they may never have been a Recruiter.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Report Centre
- Select Table/Tile Report
- Select Domain Recruiting V2
- Go to Filters
- Select column Recruiter and fields Recruiter First Name or Recruiter Last Name
- When filtering 'By my selection' you note all usernames in the UDF appear
Cause
This is currently an expected behaviour, the filter does not check if the name of a user is a recruiter or not.
Resolution
If you wish to filter by a certain name for a recruiter who is not part of a recruiting group then you will need to enter the name and search 'By my selection', all names from the UDF will appear until you filter by the desired name.
If you wish to have a short filter list then consider adding the recruiters to a recruiting group and using the column Recruiting Group, when filtering by name here the filter will only display the users in the recruiting group.
If you wish to have the behaviour changed please create an enhancement request in our Confluence Portal here.
