3132379 - Field Permission conflict in Job Requisition and Job Application template - Recruiting Management

What happens when field permissions are defined in both the Job Requisition and Job Application templates.

Incase of Multi-stage instances Job application field permissions are defined under Job Requisition template which is the standard procedure.

In some instances if the field permissions are defined in both Job Requisition and Job application template for the same fields then , the Job Application permission will take the precedence over the field permission defined in the Job Requisition template.

Hence it is recommended to avoid such conflicting field permission blocks and define the permission in the Job requisition template for the multistage instances.
