Feature request for dbisql -nogui to prompt to enter old and new passwords when password is expired.

When using DBISQL in graphical mode
After filling the Server Name, UID, and PWD a pop-up window appears with the message:
"Your password has expired. Enter a new password" 
with editable fields to enter old and new passwords.

When using DBISQL in non-graphical mode
There is no prompt to enter the old and new passwords.
