3132409 - Interview Cancellation - Recruiting Management

• Is it possible to show in the system that the Scheduled Interview has been cancelled either by Interviewer or Recruiter or the candidate apart from the Interview cancellation email notifications.
• When Interviewer cancels the meeting from Microsoft Outlook Calendar, will it trigger Interview cancellation email notifications to recruiter, organizer and candidates?

• At present system is designed to send only the email notifications for the Interviews cancelled to all the stake holders involved. There are no options available to check if the Interview is cancelled in the Interview Scheduling Page.

• When an interviewer cancels the Interview from Microsoft Outlook calendar it will not send an email notification since the meeting was cancelled directly from the interviewer's outlook calendar. The way Outlook Integration works is that it enables you to access the interviewer's up-to-date availability from Microsoft Outlook Calendar and acts as a client or user to read free and busy times for scheduling interviews, viewing meeting times, and using invitations. 

          The integration does not support interview cancellation from Outlook calendar since this action will not cancel the booked interview from Interview Scheduling. Organizers can cancel or re-schedule the booked interview if needed. To cancel the interview, make sure the email trigger "Interview Delete Notification" is enabled then go to the booked interview and click the "x" button.
