3132441 - Not possible to add Job Owner in Provisioning

When enabling the setting "Enable Job Alerts for Candidates" in Provisioning and trying to add a user (i.e. SFADMIN) as the Job Owner, the user can be found, but it disappears as soon as we select it. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Provisioning
2. Company Settings
3. Search for "Enable Job Alerts for Candidates"
4. Tick the box and add the username of the user who should be the Job Owner in the field "You must specify a valid user to own that job:"
5. The user can be found but it disappears after selecting it

There is no value for firstname and lastname for this user in the data base.

Ensure that there is a value for firstname and lastname for the affected user. Please download the UDF file in Admin Center > Employee Export, add the missing information, save the file and reupload it again. 

It will be possible then to select this user as the owner of the job in Provisioning.
