Background check portlet not showing in the Job Application page.

Here are possible reasons:

1. The background check for the Job Application in question has not been started.

2. The user has no permission in RBP and Job Requisition template

For Cause 1:

It's expected that if the background check was not initiated for the Job Application, the portlet will not show.

One way to validate if the background check was initiated or not is to run an integration on the "JobApplicationBackgroundCheckRequest" entity. If there's no values on the entity for the Job Application in question, the background check has not been started.

For Cause 2:

User who need permission to see the Background Check portlet needs to have the Recruiting Permission > Background check Initiate permission in RBP and Background Check feature permission in the target status in Job Requisition template.
