3132536 - Why "maximum CPP pensionable earnings" isn't delivered by SAP and stored anywhere?

Symptom

You may wonder why SAP doesn't deliver the "maximum CPP pensionable earnings" in the tax tables T5KTC or T511K when the annual TAX SAP Notes are delivered (like 3128847 - TAX: Legal changes effective in January 1, 2022).

Using 3128847 - TAX: Legal changes effective in January 1, 2022 as example, we can find this text:

Canada Pension Plan (CPP)

For 2022, the maximum CPP pensionable earnings are CAD 64,900, and the basic exemption for the year is CAD 3,500. The contribution rate for employees is 5.70%.

The maximum an employee can contribute for the year is CAD 3,499.80. The employer's contribution is an amount equal to the total of the employee's contributions.

However, if you search for amount CAD 64,900 in the tax tables T5KTC or T511K, you won't find it.
