3132707 - Job Title blank in Manage Pending Hires - Onboarding

• Job title is blank in the Manage Pending Hires screen
• The value is present in the Manage Pending Hires page but in the Manage Pending Hires screen under the Job title column the value is blank

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The Job title was not saved in database as it was not passed from RCM or it was null
• The Job title was appearing in the Manage Pending Hires page because there was a onChange rule that was populating the value for the Job title but the same was not saved in database

• If New Hire Data Review is not configured, please pass value from the RCM side for the Job title 
• If New Hire Data Review is configured, please make sure you pass the Job title in the NHDR page and save
