3132849 - Not Able to Edit Quick Links Card in C4C Home Screen

You have created a custom card with quick links at home screen. However, you would like to change some of the links added to this card after publishing it.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. At Home screen click at edit button (pencil icon) to start the home adaptation.
2. Select the business role and click Go.
3. Click at Quick Link card you have created.
4. There is no option to edit this card links.
   
   

Quick link cards are not editable after the creation.

As there is no option to edit an already created Quick Link the solution is to create a new card with the correct links. Optionally you can remove this wrong created card by setting the 'Available button' to No and publishing the changes.

An alternative option may be to check the SAP Cloud for Customer Customer Influence to submit an idea of system improvement:
