3132913 - "Cannot connect to agent on host '<host>'. HTTP code: '401'" in SSI Edit Configuration - FRUN

When you click on Edit Configuration option of SSI the following error is raised:

• Cannot connect to agent on host '<host>'. HTTP code: '401'

Additionally, if you check SDA logs you will find the following exceptions in 'agent.log' file:

• ERROR [MAI PSF 6] com.sap.solman.agent.mai.GenericMetricCollectorcollectForMetricGroup failed
  com.sun.xml.internal.ws.client.ClientTransportException: The server sent HTTP status code 401: Unauthorized
   at com.sun.xml.internal.ws.transport.http.client.HttpTransportPipe.checkStatusCode(HttpTransportPipe.java:310)

• ERROR [MAI PSF 8] com.sap.solman.agent.mai.GenericMetricCollector collectForMetricGroup failed
  com.sap.solman.agent.core.error.SystemException: Web Service exception occurred on Binding Provider for getDatabaseStatus with ticket /usr/sap/hostctrl/work/sapcontrol_logon/logon30
   at com.sap.solman.agent.hostagent.JaxWebserviceInvocationHandler.invoke(JaxWebserviceInvocationHandler.java:132)

  Caused by: com.sun.xml.internal.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Database not found Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.

This can be confirmed by executing the Ping action from Agent Administration, which will result in 'Bad credentials in SM59 destination' or error "Unauthorized: User authentication required"
