3132928 - Can we add documents to Compensation or Variable Pay Statements portlet?

Symptom

  • Is it possible to add documents to Compensation and Variable Pay Statements portlet in Employee Profile?
  • Can we manually insert the statements in those portlets?

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation

Resolution

Compensation, Variable Pay, Combined and Bonus Assignment Statement portlets will only display the user’s statements. It is not possible to insert them manually or add any other type of documents.

As a workaround for that, you can create a background block to support attachments, rename it to something related to compensation statements and then you would be allowed to manually add attachments to it or via import. For more details on that refer to KBA 2799607.
