3132990 - Internal Server Error in Custom Data Collection step - Onboarding

When a candidate logs in to the system to complete the Custom Data Collection step, an Internal Server Error is prompted when clicking the Complete Additional Onboarding Tasks tile:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

This is caused by a role based permission (RBP) missing

There is no correct target population assigned to the OnboardingExternalUser. Make sure that target population is assigned correctly as shown below:
