Symptom

  1. Global Account admin cannot view Integration Suite entitlements under Global Account > Entitlements > Service Assignments.
  2. Subaccount admin cannot see Integration Suite tile in service marketplace in your Subaccount > Services > Service Marketplace.
  3. Success Factors purchased but didn’t receive the details of Cloud Integration tenant.
