Reproducing the Issue

Login as External Onboardee
Now you could notice the tiles like (Prepare for day one, where to go, useful contacts etc.)

Cause

Expected Behavior

Resolution

This is the product limitation. Currently these New hire tiles were available for notification / information made available purpose. Eventually, the external doesn't have the access to edit the information.
