3133298 - 'Could not determine valid conversion rate' error in Analytical Apps - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

The following errors appear when launching an analytical app: 'Loading chart data failed'.

In addition, the error 'Could not determine valid conversion rate for...' can be found in the Console tab of Developer Tools (F12).
